Job Description
Arkema is seeking a highly qualified Technical Director to lead our R&D, Technical Service, and Quality Management teams. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Chemistry and/or Engineering, with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the same industry. Proficiency in English is essential, along with strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate effectively in a matrix and multicultural environment. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills are also required.
