Job Description
Ascent HR is seeking an International Payroll Junior Associate to join our team in Manila, Philippines. You will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, adhering to service level agreements and local regulatory laws. Responsibilities include handling payroll inputs, conducting quality checks, and responding to customer queries, while building team competencies and maintaining a positive work environment.
We prefer candidates with a good understanding of payroll processes, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential. This position does not offer a Work from Home option.
