Job Description
Fullgoods Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities in Fullgoods warehouse, ensuring the effective management of goods from production to storage and eventual dispatch to customers. This role includes supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing safety protocols to achieve high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Fullgoods Supervisor organizes, directs, controls and coordinates the operational requirements and activities of subordinates engaged in the item transactions in the assigned area.
- Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- At least 2 years working experience in warehouse or manufacturing industry in a supervisory level.
- Knowledgeable in handling inventory management.
- Computer literate, with background on any ERP/WMS database system.
- Must be proficient in oral and written communications organized, analytical flexible and hardworking.
- Amenable in shifting schedule, rendering overtime and can work during holidays.
- Willing to be assigned at San Fernando Pampanga.
