Job Description
The Retail Specialist will support sales and service teams and cashiers by applying knowledge of Globe products, services, processes, and policies. Responsibilities include reviewing documents per CAPP, performing phone verifications and system checks, transmitting activated or cancelled applications to the warehouse, and safeguarding assigned prepaid and lifestyle stock for sale. Candidates should have at least an Associate degree in sales, marketing, or related fields, a pleasing personality, quick product learning ability, and strong multitasking and customer service skills. Telco or retail sales experience is an advantage. Job type: Full-time, Fresh graduate. Work location: In person.
