Job Description
We seek an organized Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities include processing invoices, posting receipts, aging analysis, bank reconciliations, and timely vendor settlements.
Requirements: 2+ years accounting experience, proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, and strong Excel skills.
Competencies: problem solving, communication, confidentiality, ability to meet deadlines and improve cash flow processes.
