Job Description
Asian International School of Aeronautics and… seeks a Guidance Office Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to school counselors. Responsibilities include managing student records, scheduling appointments and testing, handling communications, assisting student and parent inquiries, and serving as the office front line to direct visitors and maintain daily clerical flow. Candidates must be proficient in Google Workspace, possess strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, and be able to handle confidential student information. Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
