Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to accurately translate clinical documentation into ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes, ensuring compliance and proper billing.
Responsibilities include assigning codes, reviewing medical records, resolving documentation queries with clinicians, performing audits, and using EHR and coding software.
Requirements: certification (CPC or CCS), diploma in Health Information or related field, 1+ year coding experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of coding guidelines and payer rules.
