Job Summary

The Ads and Content Officer is responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing content and paid advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales. This role manages day-to-day Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad operations and ensures all content is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with promotional objectives. The officer will monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns and content strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (Meta Platforms)

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for awareness, engagement, messages, leads, and sales/conversions
• Build and manage campaign structure including audience targeting, budget allocation, creatives, copy, and placements
• Monitor ad performance daily and optimize campaigns through creative testing, audience testing, and budget adjustments
• Analyze ad metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, leads, and conversions
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and optimization recommendations

Content Planning & Creation

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with promotions, seasons, and product priorities
• Create and publish marketing content including:
• Product highlights
• Promotional posters
• Short-form videos (Reels / TikTok-style content)
• Testimonials and FAQs
• Write compelling captions with strong hooks and clear calls-to-action (CTAs) focused on engagement and conversion
• Ensure content accuracy, correct pricing, and consistency with brand tone and guidelines

Collaboration & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for product information, pricing, availability, and promo mechanics
• Support live-selling and marketing campaigns by preparing scripts, offer lines, and visual materials
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend content and ad strategies to stay competitive
• Maintain organized files and documentation for creatives, captions, and ad performance results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Facebook/Instagram ads, content creation, or e-commerce marketing
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability for performance outcomes
• Honest, reliable, and professional in handling brand assets, budgets, and data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
