Job Description
Join our team as a Process Improvement Analyst responsible for analyzing business workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending data-driven solutions. You will map processes, run root-cause analyses, design and pilot improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles, and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainable gains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change, document standards, and deliver training. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with process mapping, Excel, SQL or BI tools preferred; excellent communication and project management abilities.
