Job Description
Ateneo de Davao University is seeking a dedicated Guidance Counselor to support students’ academic, personal, and social well-being through individual and group counseling. This role includes providing career guidance, crisis intervention, and collaborating with faculty to promote student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling on academic and personal concerns.
- Facilitate group workshops on career planning and personal growth.
- Assist students with academic challenges and offer career guidance.
- Provide immediate crisis support.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology; 2-3 years experience in education preferred.
