Job Description
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations. You will coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers, maintain applicant tracking systems, and assist in onboarding. Ideal candidate has 1–3 years HR/recruitment experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include drafting job ads, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating assessments, tracking hiring metrics, and improving candidate experience. This role requires teamwork, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
