Job Description
We are AUMTREND PH INC, seeking an Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist to be the primary point of contact for employees regarding various HR inquiries. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, maintaining accurate employee data, supporting programs to enhance employee experience, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in Offshore HR Shared Services, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Up to Php35,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance. Location: Taguig.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
