Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a skilled Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees regarding various HR-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage global employee relations case inquiries and maintain accurate HR data.
- Support HR programs to enhance employee experience.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Offshore HR Shared Services.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
