Job Description
Lead and motivate an outbound sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsible for coaching, performance management, setting quotas, developing outbound strategies, optimizing call campaigns, and maintaining CRM pipeline and reporting. Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion. Require 3+ years in B2B/B2C sales, including 1+ year in a supervisory role, strong coaching and negotiation skills, data-driven mindset, and proficiency with CRM tools. Excellent communication, goal orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
