Job Description
Avida Land Corp, an Ayala Land Company, is seeking a skilled Document Controller to manage all document-related processes. This role includes overseeing incoming and outgoing documents, monitoring and archiving records, and acting as a Submittal Manager using systems like OnBase and Procore.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in document control, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
This fixed-term position is based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, with benefits including health and life insurance.
