Job Description
Awards Central Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
The role includes listening to customers, handling complaints, following up via phone or email, retrieving account information, and updating customer records. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Mondays to Saturdays, based in Quezon City. The monthly salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php20,00.00.
