Job Description
We seek motivated individuals with at least 72 college units for a full-time, in-person Marketing Consultant role at Ayala Land Sales – South. Starting pay Php14,00–Php25,00/month (depends on experience), paid twice monthly (15th and 30th). Performance increases earnings: each closed sale adds Php3,00 to your base and opens managerial opportunities. You will also earn 1.8%–6% sales commission, which can be substantial on high-value deals — for example, a Php100,00,00 property sale could yield Php2,500,00 commission.
