Job Description

Ayala Property Management Corporation is seeking a dedicated Billing Assistant to join our team in Calamba. The successful candidate will handle Statement of Accounts, post payments, and monitor account receivables and payables. Responsibilities also include safeguarding client collections, responding to inquiries, preparing account reconciliations, and assisting with monthly corporate bank reconciliation.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
