Job Description
We seek a strategic, results-driven Head of Sales Operations – Direct Channels to lead and scale sales across all Brand Retail touchpoints. You will develop and execute aligned sales strategies, collaborate with PMFTC counterparts, drive KPIs (Acquisition, NPS, Mystery Shopper, Productivity), enforce compliance, standardize processes, manage inventory and manpower, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and implement SOPs. Lead, coach and grow a high-performing team, conduct reviews and succession planning, and foster accountability. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/related, proven retail/direct sales operations leadership, strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Benefits: company events, health insurance, paid training. On-site role.
