Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

LMS

• Manages LMS page with learning materials data and usage
• Manages the database.

Data Management

• Prepares format for data management for training and finance data; monitors the same and provides management with reports on training and events activities.

Hardware Installation and Maintenance

• Installs all computer and computer-related equipment
• Maintains all hardware
• Ensures availability of consumables

Software and Internet Connectivity Maintenance

• Maintains all software, back up files, internet connectivity in the office
• Ensures security of all laptops especially those remotely located.
• Maintains Event Management System; assists users

Events Management Support

• Undertakes all technical requirements for events: LCD/laptop set up, lighting, a/c, video viewing/production, PA, BAIPHIL presentations

Web Administration

• Ensures that a website is functioning properly and maintaining the image that a company or organization wants to convey – working with the technical side of websites, such as troubleshooting issues, setting up web hosts, ensuring users have access and programming servers.

Security

• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access or damage.

Special Assignments

• Prepares slide presentations of the President/COO, as needed in meetings and events

Others

• Performs such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Information Science, IT Engineering or related field
• With 3-5 years experience as IT and Security/Tech Support (Software/Hardware/Server); IT generalist
• Open to fresh graduates with IT or related field degrees
• Knowledgeable and proficient in the following applications: Google Workspace, M365 (also for MAC) WordPress (for website)
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, video conferencing systems, mobiles, etc.
• With excellent customer service skills to deal with certified professionals
• Willing to work in Makati; 3x a week onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
