Job Description
We are seeking a Country Manager, Sourcing and Manufacturing to lead local sourcing, supplier development, and manufacturing operations. You will build and manage supplier networks, drive cost and quality targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery goals. Candidates should have 8+ years in sourcing or manufacturing, proven supplier negotiation and project management skills, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Experience with lean manufacturing, quality systems, and supply chain optimization is preferred.
