Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I to support hiring across departments. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates, manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain applicant tracking. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely, fair hiring decisions and contribute to employer branding.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1+ years in recruitment or HR, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with sourcing tools and ATS, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, organized, team-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.
