Job Description
Beauchè International by Conchita Inc is seeking a passionate HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Help organize HR events and training activities.
- Contribute to payroll and benefits management.
Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, strong communication skills, detail-oriented.
