Job Description
We seek an experienced, customer-focused Café/Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Bébé Rouge Patisserie. You will manage front-of-house and coordinate with back-of-house, ensure excellent guest service, maintain health and safety standards, control inventory and costs, prepare sales reports, schedule staff, and coach employees. Requirements: college degree (HRM or business), minimum 2 years’ hospitality management experience, strong leadership, POS and food safety knowledge, and availability for weekends/holidays. Full-time, permanent role. Salary Php32,00–34,00/month. Benefits include promotion opportunities and conversion to permanent staff. On-site work at the patisserie.
