Job Description
A Patient Experience Officer ensures excellent patient-centered care by coordinating communications, collecting feedback, resolving concerns, and improving service workflows. Responsibilities include greeting patients, guiding them through processes, liaising between clinical teams and families, managing satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback to recommend improvements, and supporting patient education. Ideal candidates have strong communication, empathy, problem-solving skills, and experience in healthcare or customer service. A degree or diploma in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field and proficiency in basic data tools are preferred.
