Job Description
Join Belo Medical Group as a Patient Experience Officer. Be the first point of contact for patients and guests: greet visitors, handle in-person/phone/SMS/email inquiries, manage appointments (BMS, Belo Hub), coordinate with medical teams, update confidential records, assist room assignments, process basic payments and product guidance, and maintain reception order. Requires bachelor’s/college degree, 2–3 years in clinics/healthcare/hospitality/customer relations, strong communication, and tech-savvy. On-site in Davao City. Full-time, Php25,00–35,00, employee discount, path to permanent hire.
