Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide timely support to customers across various online marketplaces, including Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.
Job Objective: Provide prompt assistance to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and support channels.
- Resolve complaints related to products, deliveries, and services.
- Assist with order tracking, cancellations, and modifications.
- Process returns and refunds efficiently.
- Collect and report customer feedback for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year course; business or communication degree preferred.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
