Job Description
Lead and optimize the end-to-end Order to Cash process to ensure accurate order management, invoicing, collections, and customer satisfaction.
Define process standards, drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and implement controls to reduce cycle time and minimize billing disputes.
Require 5+ years in Order to Cash or finance operations, strong analytical and communication skills, ERP experience, and proven stakeholder management.
