Job Description
The Head of DocUnit will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between Senior Leaders and team members, ensuring efficient service delivery in alignment with set SLAs and KPIs. This individual will be instrumental in enhancing team performance and nurturing the professional growth of team members. Responsibilities include overseeing team meetings, maintaining service standards, and driving team discussions during stakeholder meetings.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in Learning Management Systems support, along with knowledge of platforms like LOS and SuccessFactors LMS. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and advanced MS Office skills are essential.
