Job Description
The S2P Direct Specialist will manage source-to-pay activities for direct materials, liaising with Japanese suppliers to ensure accurate purchase orders, receipts, and invoice reconciliation. Responsibilities include PO creation, invoice validation, resolving supplier inquiries, and supporting month-end reconciliations using ERP systems. Candidates must have business Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred), a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in procurement or finance.
