Provide friendly, professional support to Tagalog-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve inquiries and complaints, document interactions, and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams. Required: fluent Tagalog and strong English; excellent verbal and written communication; 1+ year in customer service or related role; basic computer skills; problem-solving mindset.
