Job Description
Join our team as a Workday HRIS Tier 2 Analyst responsible for supporting and enhancing our Workday HCM system. You will troubleshoot system issues, configure business processes, manage integrations, and produce HR reports. Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to implement changes, test solutions, and ensure data integrity and security. Required: 2 to 4 years of Workday experience, strong problem-solving skills, understanding of business processes, experience with integrations and reporting tools, and excellent communication skills. Workday certification and broader HRIS background are a plus.
