Job Description
The HR Assistant Manager will lead HR operations at Blue Star Entertainment Inc., overseeing employee relations, payroll, compliance, recruitment (end-to-end), compensation & benefits, performance, safety and HR metrics. You will develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, resolve employee issues, maintain legal compliance and communicate labor laws to staff and management, and support engagement and retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology or related; 3–5 years as HR Officer/Supervisor with end-to-end HR experience; at least 1 year in e-commerce. Full-time, on-site. Salary Php40,00–50,00/month.
