Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least completed 2 years in college
- With at least 1 year of experience managing and maintaining document control systems, preferably within a QAQC or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience assisting in internal or external quality audits, including compiling, organizing, and presenting required documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date records for quality management and compliance tracking.
- Exposure to ISO standards or similar quality management frameworks, with and understanding of compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting Gemba walks or similar process audits to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with clerical duties such as filing, tracking document issuance, and preparing reports in a structured and timely manner.
- Experience working with document management systems, quality control software, and basic office applications like Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electrical Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
