Job Description
We are hiring a Renewals Specialist to manage end-to-end subscription renewals, build strong client relationships, and maximize retention. You will proactively drive renewal conversations, negotiate terms, coordinate with Sales and Billing, update records in CRM, and analyze renewal trends to reduce churn. Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in renewals or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM tools. Target-driven, customer-focused, and able to work cross-functionally.
