Job Description
BPO-Caldwell QC is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our growing team. We provide an industry-leading benefits package including a competitive salary and HMO with 2 free beneficiaries from Day One.
Job Responsibilities: Follow standard operations, escalate priority issues, ensure customer satisfaction with one-call resolutions, and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications: High School Graduate, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability. No BPO experience required.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include paid training, health and life insurance, and performance bonuses.
