Caldwell Communications is seeking dedicated candidates to enhance our team as a Content Moderator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to address concerns via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly without transferring calls.
- Align customers’ needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
- Share critical information with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
