Job Description
BPO Caldwell Tech Hub is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chat/Email Content Moderator to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution, and performing basic troubleshooting as needed. No prior BPO experience is required!
Qualifications include at least a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Full-time positions available with a monthly pay range of Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00.
