Job Description
Mass hiring across Metro Manila. ONE-DAY hiring; open to applicants with no BPO experience. Responsibilities: answer product/order/shipping/refund inquiries, monitor orders and notify delays, track customer feedback, stay updated on platform changes. Benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus, up to ₱28,00 salary (higher with experience), 13th/14th month pay, HMO Day 1 (3 dependents), paid training, 30 leaves, allowances, bonuses, weekends off, holiday/overtime pay, 20% night diff.; potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year. Full-time, permanent, in person. Urgent hiring.
