Job Description
We are mass hiring Content Moderators for BPO Hub – Sapient Global across Metro Manila. ONE-DAY hiring process; open to applicants with no BPO experience. Responsibilities include identifying and escalating policy-violating content, explaining moderation decisions to users, documenting incidents, and reviewing moderation processes. Full-time permanent role with up to Php28,00 monthly (higher with experience), ₱30,00 signing bonus, 13th/14th month pay, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonuses, weekends off, night differential, and potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year.
