Job Description
We are mass hiring Back Office Support / Call Center Agents across Metro Manila for Sapient Global. ONE-DAY hiring and open to applicants with no BPO experience. Responsibilities: process customer requests (refunds, adjustments, follow-ups), verify and store documents, monitor accuracy and quality, and recommend process improvements. Benefits include ₱30,00 signing bonus, up to ₱28,00 salary (higher with experience), 13th & 14th month pay, HMO on day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonus, weekends off, OT/holiday pay, 20% night differential, and potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: In person.
