Job Description
We are mass hiring Hotel Booking Account Specialists across Metro Manila. One-day hiring process; no BPO experience required. Duties: respond to customer inquiries via email/chat, modify or cancel reservations per hotel policy, troubleshoot booking issues (overbookings, incorrect charges), promote deals and room upgrades, and recommend process improvements. Benefits: Php30,00 signing bonus, 13th & 14th month pay, salary up to Php28,00 (higher with experience), HMO on day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonus, weekends off, holiday & overtime pay, 20% night differential, flexible shifts, free coffee, and fast-track career growth. Full-time, permanent; on-site.
