Job Description
We are mass hiring Chat Support Agents across Metro Manila for BPO Hub – Sapient Global. ONE-DAY hiring process; no BPO experience required. Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries via chat, escalate issues, maintain product and policy knowledge, and participate in trainings and team meetings. Benefits: Php30,00 signing bonus, up to Php28,00 salary (higher with experience), HMO from Day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, weekends off, holiday/overtime pay, 20% night differential, performance bonuses, flexible shifts, fast-track career growth, and free office coffee. Full-time, permanent, on-site role.
