Job Description
We are hiring a Collections Account Specialist to manage overdue accounts, contact clients, negotiate payment plans, and recover receivables while maintaining positive customer relations and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities include monitoring accounts, documenting interactions in CRM, achieving collection targets, coordinating with legal when necessary, and preparing reports for management.
Candidate should have one to three years of collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and basic MS Office and CRM proficiency.
