Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Agent to join our growing team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes a competitive salary, 13th Month Pay, and HMO with 3 free beneficiaries from day one.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via phone calls and written correspondence.
- Manage mail and internet inquiries for customer support.
- Answer and clarify participant questions.
What We’re Looking For:
- College graduates welcome; no prior experience needed.
- High school graduates with BPO experience accepted.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Onsite candidates within 25-35 km radius.
