Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is excited to offer a full-time, permanent position for an Encoder. We provide an industry-leading benefits package including a competitive salary, 13th-month pay, HMO coverage from day one with 3 free beneficiaries, and a 20% ND Maternity/Paternity Leave.
Job responsibilities include answering phone calls, assisting clients with inquiries, checking mail and internet communication, and effectively communicating with customers.
We welcome college graduates with no experience, high school graduates with BPO experience, and those with excellent English communication skills. Candidates must be able to work on-site and reside within a 25km to 35km radius.
