Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is seeking dedicated Back Office Representatives to join our growing team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes competitive salary, 13th month pay, and HMO with 3 free beneficiaries from day one.
Your responsibilities include answering calls, providing customer assistance, checking correspondence, and addressing inquiries.
We welcome candidates with excellent English communication skills, including fresh graduates and high school graduates with BPO experience. Onsite work is required within 25km to 35km from the office.
