Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Pure Chat Encoder. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including competitive salary, 13th-month pay, and HMO coverage with three beneficiaries starting on Day One.
As a Pure Chat Encoder, your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, providing client assistance, communicating with customers, and addressing their concerns effectively.
We welcome applications from college graduates with no experience, as well as high school graduates with BPO experience. Strong English communication skills are essential. Applicants must be ready for onsite work and must reside within 25 to 35 km of our location.
