Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is excited to announce an opening for the position of Encoder / Non-Voice Agent. Job Responsibilities include answering phone calls, providing customer assistance through various communication channels, and addressing participant inquiries with care.
We welcome candidates who are college graduates (no experience required) or high school graduates with BPO experience. Excellent English skills and the ability to work onsite within 25-35 km are essential.
