Job Description
Join Breadtalk 33 Foods Inc as a Management Trainee. You will enforce company policies and SOPs, drive KPIs and sales to meet targets, perform regular store maintenance inspections, review daily sales reports, and oversee monthly physical inventory. You will supervise and evaluate store personnel while safeguarding confidential documents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 1–2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, bakeshop, or restaurant service preferred; supervisory experience a plus; customer-service oriented, detail-focused, with strong oral and written communication; available for shift work and extended hours. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
